Click the blue W Support Icon in the bottom right system tray on your PC and select Support Chat

  • Locate the blue W support icon in the system tray at the bottom right of your screen. 
  • You may need to unhide the icon by clicking the ^ icon in the bottom right of the Windows task bar.
  • Click on the blue W(ellshade) icon, select Support Chat and follow the prompts to get connected with one of our support engineers.
  • If you cannot locate the icon, please open a Legacy Chat by scrolling to the bottom of this page.
