The Workstation Documentation section of the Tech Profile is dedicated to general information about the client’s workstations. This chapter contains such information as the number of desktop machines, the number of laptops, the major operating systems used, additional (typical) software installed, virus protection used, typical drive and printer mappings and any additional notes pertinent to the workstation environment. In the Workstation Recommendations subsection, Wellshade engineers provide insight into how the workstation environment can be improved and better managed.
