When problems occur, warranty information for network devices and servers is often the most important item in the Technology Profile. This appendix is dedicated to the storage of warranty information for all of the network and server equipment in the client’s IT environment. Some warranty data is summarized in the Network Notes, Server Notes and Workstation Notes sections of the Tech Profile; however, this appendix contains the entire warranty documents. Having the entire warranty documents allows client’s to look-up specific warranty conditions and stipulations.
