Our Technology Profile is a comprehensive collection of information pertaining to a client’s technology environment. In this document, we focus on three areas: the network, servers and workstations. We generally tailor the document to emphasize the areas of most concern to the client. In addition to the three key focal areas, the Profile contains security information, technical drawings, administrative procedures, operational manuals, warranty information, survey & interview data, detailed configuration information and a complete change control procedure.

The development of a Technology Profile requires three distinct project phases: the pre-assessment, the on-site assessment and the post-assessment. During the pre-assessment, our project staff interface extensively with the client to discover the desired overall emphasis of the document. The on-site assessment phase is when our engineers thoroughly examine the client’s technology environment and take extensive notes. All of the information collected during the assessment is compiled and examined during the post-assessment. We have a team of engineers examine all of the information and through structured brainstorming sessions and advanced collaboration techniques, they produce a list of recommendations for each of the three focal areas. The resulting Technology Profile is presented to the client’s IT management and is provided in both printed and electronic form.
