The General Notes section of the Tech Profile contains the on-site engineer’s impressions of the client’s technology environment and operational efficiency. This section also contains extensive notes regarding the client’s security and administrative procedures. Our first day on-site, we ask for any and all security, operational and/or administrative procedures existing in the client’s IT organization. We read and critique each of these documents based on established industry best practices and real world experience. Our recommendations are detailed in this section of the Profile.
