With MonitorCARE, we place a fully managed, monitoring appliance
in your environment which observes and reports on hardware availability
and performance (routers, switches, firewalls, servers, etc.)
and/or application avalability and performance (email, database,
web site, etc.).
When a problem is detected, our monitoring system immediately
informs your designated representative(s) via email, pager and/or
mobile phone page. Customers have the freedom to designate escalation
lists, specifying who is to be contacted for each type of problem.
