Description

Requires 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and applications. A Microsoft certification and one other certification is required. Must submit to a background check, a drug test and a formal knowledge verification exam. Must be personable, knowledgeable, passionate about technology and focused on making our customers happy. Work and personal references are checked.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide remote and on-site support of our client’s IT assets and applications. Must be able to implement complex technical solutions (under supervision), troubleshoot technical problems, research solutions and work with our clients to understand their needs.

Technical Skills

  • 3 to 5 years supporting and maintaining Microsoft technologies.
  • A Microsoft certification and one other certification.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with common software, hardware and networks in general.
  • Experience with advanced Microsoft applications such as Exchange, SQL and SharePoint.

Description

Requires 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft and Apple operating systems. An IT-related certification is preferred. You will provide email, chat-based and telephone support to our business customers, so you must have excellent written and spoken English skills. Must submit to a background check, a drug test and a formal knowledge verification exam. Must be personable, knowledgeable, passionate about technology and focused on making our customers happy. Work and personal references are checked.

Our customer service requirements are very important so you must be able to work with us to measure and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction. We expect a high level of skill with supporting PCs, Macs, Smartphones, productivity apps (like Office) and peripherals but also the ability to answer questions, provide advice and training via remote control of the user’s machine.

Technical Skills

  • 2 to 3 years supporting and maintaining Microsoft and Apple technologies.

  • Experience with Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • Experience with common software, hardware and networks in general.
  • Experience directly supporting remote users.
